Ever lost weight, only to put it all back on again? Here at Trim-right we challenge you to lose that weight and keep it off!
How do you do it? Its easy, start by setting yourself realistic goals and sticking to them!

Goal 1 Why am I losing weight and how much do I want to lose?
Write down all the reasons you want to lose weight. People want to lose weight for all different reasons such as for health, a holiday or to attract a new partner! Make your list and when you feel yourself slipping get your list out.
Check out your BMI with our user friendly BMI calculator. What ever your target, 1-2lbs a week is realistic (and healthy).
Goal 2 What do I eat?
Try and stay away from fast or convenience foods (they’re loaded with salt, sugars and other nasties to keep you hooked).
Home cooking is best, as you control what goes into your meals. When you cook at home, you see exactly what is going into your food. You can measure amounts and think about what combinations of foods add up to what number of calories.You can keep careful record of what goes into each recipe.
Substitute something healthy for something unhealthy - maybe plain yogurt instead of sour cream, or low fat cooking spray instead of cooking with fat.Also keep up on your fluid intake, 1 ½ to 2 ½ litres of fluid a day should do it.
Goal 3 The dreaded exercise
Make exercise fun, you’re not going to want to do it if it feels like a chore. You don’t need to join a gym. Put your favourite music on whilst doing the house work (Shut the curtains if you don’t want the neighbours catching you dancing with the Hoover).
Goal 4 Keep a diary!
By keeping a diary you can keep track of how much weight you lose, what exercise you’ve done, and what you’ve eaten. You can’t kid yourself if you’ve slipped up and haven’t lost weight. A little of what we fancy wont hurt us, as long as it isn’t everyday.
